Wealth Gap Solution

There has been much talk about the wealth gap inequality in the United States.   The cause for this is the rich people have a lower birthrate than the poor people.  

To solve this problem we should reward rich people for having babies and not reward poor single women for having babies.

Rich foundations should provide free birth control pills for poor women.

Rich women should be encouraged to adopt poor babies.

The government should remove all restrictions from starting a business or profession so it would be easier for poor people to become a; barber, nurse, or doctor.
